Are you experiencing the winter chill or even a cold snap?
There are few meals more comforting than chicken and noodles for lunch or supper. This recipe also has the added bonus of being anti-inflammatory thanks to the addition of our Factor 8 Joint Ease.
Serves 2-3 persons

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the carrots and celery (and onions, if using) to the pot with some olive oil or a knob of butter. Cook for a few minutes until the onion is translucent. Then add the herbs and spices, – except the FACTOR 8 JOINT EASE. Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes to meld the flavours.
Add the stock and increase heat then add the egg noodles and chicken. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until the noodles are almost cooked.
Mix flour and a little water. Stir until smooth. Pour into soup, stir to combine, and simmer for another 5 minutes, or until broth begins to thicken. Test and adjust seasonings as needed. Add the contents of the two Factor 8 Joint Ease capsules at this point and stir through before serving.
