Are there different sizes of face masks?

No, our face masks fit all sizes, and both men and women.

Our face masks have 3 cloth layers, with the outer layers being made of cotton which is more comfortable to breathe, and the inner layer being polyester.

Can I reuse my cloth face mask?

Yes absolutely - they can be washed and used again and again! It is a good idea to carry 2 with you, for example if you're wearing one to work and then remove it once you arrive, then place it in a plastic bag and then you have your second one to wear on the way home.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we only ship Australia-wide at the moment.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Goods will generally be dispatched within 48 hours from the time that payment has been received in full (provided goods are in stock), and delivery time is estimated to be between 2-5 business days depending on your location. Please check our Shipping Policy for more details.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service

Can I return my product?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns on personal care goods with the exception of products that are damaged or defective. You can always contact us here for any return question. Please check our Refund Policy for more details.

Can I get my product personalised?

At the moment our product range does not include personalised items, but if you have a specific request please contact us directly to discuss it.

Where can I find the information I need about face masks?

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (established by the Australian Government) has an excellent web page which answers questions including the following:

There are also regular state government updates about requirements for the wearing of face masks, so we recommend you check the website for your state authority to make sure you are fully informed.
