Shipping policy

Items purchased are shipped from our premises located in Surry Hills, New South Wales. We use Australia Post for our delivery services. If, for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly by a member of our team.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Goods will generally be dispatched within 48 hours from the time that payment has been received in full (provided goods are in stock), and delivery time is estimated to be between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

If you are not available when our delivery partner attempts a delivery, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office.

Shipping cut-off time is 4pm, while we aim to get all orders placed before the cut-off processed that day, due to the volume of orders it may not always be possible. Any orders placed near or after this cut-off time will be processed and shipped out the next business day where items are in stock.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rate is $7 Australia wide for orders up to $60. Free delivery for orders over $60.

Shipping rate is $20 for New-Zealand and $30 for all other countries.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for those delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies and may vary depending on location.
During high demand periods, delivery delays are to be expected. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are aware of potential delays per this shipping policy.

By placing their order, the customer also agrees to this shipping policy and understands that Hygiene and Health is not liable for delays outside of our control and cannot guarantee delivery time frames, regardless of the estimates provided herewith.
